This 1800 sq. ft basement was newly finished. A home movie theater with a kitchenette was added so family and friends could hang out without having to go back and forth up stairs. Two guest bedrooms and a bathroom were also remodeled to accommodate guests. It could be used as an in-law suite or simply as a friend and family hang out area.
